By accessing or utilizing the Kamiara application and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the service and must discontinue use immediately.
Service Scope: The analytical features provided by Kamiara AI utilize advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to facilitate data categorization and financial insight generation. These features are provided for informational and guidance purposes only.
Accuracy Responsibility: Automated systems may occasionally misinterpret data or provide incomplete classifications. Users maintain absolute responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and correcting all data processed through AI-driven features. I provide no guarantee regarding the absolute accuracy of machine-generated results.
Professional Status: Kamiara is a technological tool for personal financial organization. Pavly Boules is not a licensed financial advisor, investment broker, tax professional, or legal consultant.
No Advisory Relationship: No information, "Insights," or automated reports generated by the application constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax planning. All financial decisions made by the user based on application data are executed at the user's sole risk and discretion.
User Custody: Kamiara operates on a Zero-Knowledge End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) framework. Cryptographic keys are generated on your local device. To facilitate multi-device sync, an encrypted copy of your Master Key is securely escrowed on our servers, wrapped by a key derived from your custom 6-digit E2EE PIN. Pavly Boules does not have access to, nor stores, your E2EE PIN or Recovery Key in plaintext on any server.
Irrecoverability: You are solely responsible for remembering your 6-digit E2EE PIN and securely backing up your human-readable Recovery Key. If you forget your PIN and lose your Recovery Key, your data is mathematically irrecoverable. Kamiara support cannot retrieve or reset your keys to recover your data under any circumstances.
To ensure a safe and performant environment for all users, Kamiara employs automated systems to detect and prevent unauthorized access, data scraping, bot interactions, and API abuse. We enforce strict Rate Limiting to protect our infrastructure.
Account Suspension: We reserve the right to automatically and progressively suspend or permanently terminate accounts without prior notice if they exhibit severe rate limit violations, attempt to manipulate server payloads, or bypass security measures.
The service is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. Pavly Boules, as an independent developer, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or business interruption—arising from the use or inability to use the Kamiara application.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy.
